  Securely pack the item in its original Varmilo packaging, ensuring all keycaps, cables, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Varmilo

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send the package to our designated processing center for inspection.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians verify the product's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
